Shipping Policy

All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days, during peak periods this can increase to within 4 business days. Porelittlething is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability. Shipping to P.O BOX sometimes may have a longer delivery time of up to 15 days.

Porelittlething does not take responsibility for any untracked parcels that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. Porelittlething will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however, if untracked shipping is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier. Porelittlething is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability. We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time. Shipping carriers are sometimes delayed and Porelittlething does not take responsibility for late delivery times and we will not issue a shipping refund.

Local Destination Tax & Duties

Porelittlething has no control over any customs or import duties that could be charged when the order reaches the destination country. These charges can cause delays and the customer will be liable to pay for them. Porelittlething advises the customer to check with the local customs agency before placing the order.
